We look at the impact that food has on everyone

When we assess the level of focus that a label puts on 'people' we're referring to three key groups:

  • people who eat food
  • people who produce food
  • people who live in areas where food is produced

We unravel the ways that food labels address the health and wellbeing of consumers, workers and communities. By assessing standards relating to both the production and eating of food, we consider the broad impact that food has on all human beings.
